I have been taking flaxseed oil supplements for a while, but I found them too oily and was looking for an alternative. I found de-fatted flaxseeds and I am happy with them. They are easy to add to my food and it’s a great way to add fiber and healthy fats to my diet. I also noticed that my digestion has improved since I started using it.

I’m thinking of purchasing with the H.Plylori tea , to use together. However I am dealing with high estrogen due to estrogen dominance, is the linseed going to create more estrogen for me?
Matthew –
Dear Sandy,
Linseed doesn’t create any hormones. It contains phytohormones which are similar hormones to females estrogen and its support our metabolism.
