What is hibiscus flower?
Hibiscus Sabdariffa (Chinese rose), also called sorrel ketmy or mallow Sudan – this is an ornamental plant with many health-promoting properties, but its use is also found in cosmetics and cuisine. It is characterized by a high content of anthocyanins, polyphenols, flavonoids, vitamin C and organic acids.
Hibiscus flower and its properties have been used for many years in traditional medicine. It was used primarily to cleanse the body of toxins because it stimulates metabolism while showing a slight laxative and diuretic effect. An additional advantage of this is the prevention of body stagnation.
Treatment Properties
