Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and terms and conditons were accepted. It will include your order number, shipping method and all the information you provided during the checkout process. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 1 business day to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.
Where We Ship
We currently ship from our warehouse in Poland mainly to the USA and UK. We also ship our goods to over 30 countries. If you are not sure if we can send the goods to your country, write to us and we will determine the delivery details.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
- DPD: delivery time 2 to 5 business. Standard option. Please note that order processing may take up to 14 business day after the order is placed for standard shipping.
- Global Express: delivery time 2 to 3 business days. Premium option. Please note that order processing may take up to 14 business day.
- USPS: delivery time 4 to 14 business days. Non EU option. Please note that order processing may take up to 14 business day.
- Royal mail: delivery time 4 to 14 business days. Non EU option. Please note that order processing may take up to 14 business day.
- FedEx – Priority Express delivery time 1 to 2 business days. Due to customs clearance and other transport-related situations it may delay to 14 business days.
The time of order processing can take more then one day. It’s because we try to provide fresh herbs and we do not store herbs and oils too long in our warehouse, most of them are straight from the harvest.
We offer free shipping for bigger orders exceeding the amount shown on product pages. Shipping time may very depending on holidays, days off and Bank Holidays. Please note that you can check your tracking number to see where the parcel is.
Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days after receiving the order. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

You can send back the goods or hand them over to us, Without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal via email mentioned above.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that the inspection process can take up to 30 days from the receipt of your package.
Any package containing damaged product can be the basis for obtaining a partial refund. The amount of refund depends on the cost of damaged products and do not include a shipping charge. Proof in the form of photos of damaged products and the original packaging must be sent to our e-mail address: [email protected]
All deliveries are delayed because of COVID-19 outbreak. Shipping can take up to a few days longer (3 days in Europe but it can take much longer in USA even up to 20 days more) to be delivered as the carriers need to be checked during international transit.
